The Barkindji Edible & Medicinal Plants: Community Field Guide was developed and published by Wontanella as an accessible introduction to Barkindji plant knowledge and the relationships between people, plants and Country.

Available in printed and digital formats, the guide extends cultural learning beyond our face-to-face programs and provides a resource for community, schools, educators and visitors. Wontanella has also gifted copies to schools throughout the region to support access to Barkindji cultural knowledge.

Proceeds from the Field Guide are being reinvested into the research and development of the next volume, helping us continue documenting and sharing Barkindji knowledge through future community resources.
